Insurance

If your extended health benefits cover psychotherapists, you will receive reimbursement for your session once you submit your psychotherapy receipt to insurance for reimbursement. 

Policies

  • I require 24 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule a session. 

  • I charge the full session fee for late cancellations or no-shows. 

  • I request that you e-sign the consent form I will send you prior to our first session together 

  • I will not share any details about your therapy unless you provide explicit written consent (for example, if you would like me to speak to your doctor, I will send you a form to fill out). 

  • In cases of emergency such as a plan to imminently end your life,  a plan to harm others, or knowledge of minors at risk of abuse or neglect, I will have to disclose to the appropriate emergency or social services.
